Part of our team, before moving to China, worked on the other side of this business - namely, in a women's clothing store. Example: at the beginning of June, we were contacted by a girl who was in a hurry with her purchases, as she planned to open a clothing store in 3 weeks. We could have processed her order and shipped the product as usual, but instead, we shared with her the recommendation that we delay the opening until August.
See what the difference is:
a) Open the store at the end of June. Bring summer goods, for which discounts will begin in the shopping center in July. Not selling even half of it, being left with summer hanging, and not knowing where to get money for the fall, which must be purchased in July. Even if there is money for the fall, most of the summer will remain a dead weight until at least April. It's all frozen money and poor planning.
b) Open the store in August. The opening takes place immediately with the autumn collection, which can easily be sold for several months. There are no hanging unseasonal balances at the very beginning of work. There is time to monitor sales and make the next purchases calmly.
Do you feel the difference? The store needs to open at the beginning of the season! Ideally - in March or August. A person with experience understands this. A person with no experience happily chooses the color of the balls for the opening, but does not think about the strategy.

- We are one of the few on the market who offer our clients the service of ordering samples to look at them in person before purchasing a large batch of goods. Samples can be either from our catalog or from the Chinese sites 1688 and Taobao.
- We take all photographs for the catalog personally, seeing the product in person. Therefore, our clients do not have the “expectation/reality” problem; they get exactly what they see in the photo.
- We divide all clothing into 4 quality segments: premium, good, average, and economy. And we will advise you in detail about all the features so that you order exactly what you need.
The best thing we would recommend is to think carefully, analyze, do not start work if you are not sure. And if you are sure, then trust and not interfere with the process. Then the result will be great!
