How we work?

The main direction of our work is women's clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories.
We compile online catalogs for these categories.
 
We make photos of the products for the catalog ourselves personally, as is.
We live in Guangzhou, that's why we can constantly visit wholesale markets and various factories to see the product in person before offering it to our customers.
 
The catalogs are constantly updated: we remove out-of-stock products and add new ones several times a week.
 
Typically, there are more than 2,000 items available for order in the catalog - this is quite a lot, considering that we are constantly adjusting the assortment. It would be possible not to delete anything and have 5,000 or 10,000 models, but who needs this if they are not available for order?
 
Thanks to the constant flow of purchases and corrections, we have a good redemption rate — 90% average of the goods from the order can be ordered.
Sometimes the whole order. Large orders are guaranteed to be purchased, as they are produced for the client, even if the stock has run out.
 
Why can’t we tell in advance whether this particular blue dress is in stock or not? Our suppliers have hundreds of other clients and sales, and the situation changes every hour. Now it’s in stock, but after lunch, it’s gone. Sometimes we buy a product, and after 3 days we get a refund because it eventually ran out. On the contrary, might happen that they will say “It’s over”, and a few days later they will write again and offer to buy back the batch we need.
 
That is why we are constantly in touch with the client and resolve all issues both during the ordering process and at the time of verification, and after dispatch too.
 
It is not enough to buy the goods from the supplier, you need to receive them at our warehouse and check that they have the right colors, the right sizes, and the right quantity. We notify customers of all cases of mis-grading and act in their interests. We recommend leaving minor mismatches (for example, you ordered 10 white and 10 black T-shirts, but received 9 and 11 - this is not critical). The time that everyone will spend on communication and exchange is worth more than such a small re-grading.
 
Once the entire order or part of it has been collected, we prepare the goods for shipment.
Shipment can be sent by our cargo or by another transport company – it doesn’t matter to us. However, please note that when sent by a third-party company, we are not responsible for the timing or possible shortages.
 
Based on the order, the client receives a final product table with all photos, prices, and quantities.
It is convenient to use for internal tasks of your company (calculation of retail prices, reconciliation, distribution to stores, etc.).
